What! Where is my seller? Did they move? I have a contract! They have no email address. We call information. No listing. Search Google. Nothing. Scour all their listing documents for alternate numbers. Nothing. Try to find their place of employment on short sale documents. Nothing helpful.

What to do? I’ve taken the property off the market, since I cannot sell it if I don’t have a seller. I sent a certified letter to the last known address. In the mean time, an agent brought me an offer. She and her buyers are fully aware we cannot find the sellers.
While I wait for a miracle response to my certified letter, suggestions are welcome.
