Wendy... Looks like a ski Chalet, I like the two story windows seems to be an excellent price especially for the square footage. Any view, nice lot?
Steve - This is a most unusual home for my area. It was built in the 70's. I think there were many Northeastern transplants to this part of Florida then, and the area had not developed its own style of home yet. So there are some homes that are reminiscent of where the original owners came from. Now the Emerald Coast has a lot of contemporary "ranch" homes or cottage style by the beach, or Caribbean flair. This home has no view, but there are none others like it in the neighborhood. It is close to the Destin harbor, though. Thanks for asking.
Imagine...that is the trick...at this price, there is a lot of room for the new buyers to decorate and take the 70's into another century...good luck !
