Wendy, I'm curious about the "you can have a new home built for you" statement, does this subdivision come with a restrictive covenant about who can build here or is it a town permit and you are off and running. We run into people buying land only to find out you have a written builder approval process that makes the purchase more involved than one might assume going in?
Hi Steve - This subdivision does have restrictive covenants, but any builder can build....

There are very few subdivisions on the Emerald Coast who have builder lsit, but there are some.
Building there has to be lots less $$$ with no basement....thiough for all we tend to accumulate...we'd have to make the house bigger...or learn to practice what we preach..de-clutter..de....
Looks like a great opportunity for some ones dream home. Good luck with the listing Wendy.
