This Destin short sale was processed through Equator, an online system used by Bank of America for short sales.  The seller uploaded her financials in my office.  We uploaded the settlement statement, MLS entry, photo, authorization, and of course, assisted with proper pricing to get this short sale sold.

Wendy, that's great!  Congratulations.  I know some of the negotiators in Equator are working faster.  I just had one approved too.  Now if I could only get GMAC to respond on Equator.

Hi Wendy... now if we could just get BofA to act in a consistent manner on these.  For every one that they have started handling more efficiently, the others are equally less effective.  No net gain!
