Way to go Wendy. It's taken me 4 months to get Saxon to agree on a short sale. I had everything in order and they kept keeping it in a loan modification stage. We're closing the end of the month. Yeah!

Congrats on the quick one! Here is a quick tip for you....change the anchor text of your link from experienced short sale agent to Santa Rosa short sale agent. Nobody will put into Google what you used. They may choose the later though:)
