That looks like a great home in Santa Rosa Beach, Wendy. And what great turnaround time from Chase. Holy smokes. My last several short sales with Chase took forever. I have one right now in which the negotiators are snotty and horribly unreasonable. In fact, I'm concerned that this particular short sale will go to foreclosure due to their behavior.
