Hi Wendy, Looks and sounds like a great home. Best wishes for a quick sale. Have a great weekend.
Sweet!! I heard BofA was doing this with some of thier approvals. It sure would make folks' lives a little better to not have the threat of a judgement hanging over thier heads.
Thank you, Gary.
Bryant - I don't know "why", but we are happy. Hopefully, this is a trend!
Hi Wendy... I have not come across this yet or heard of anyone in Texas getting that verbiage. I think I would have fainted if I had read that without advance warning!
My 2 favorite words, no deficiency! Congrats to you and your clients
Different banks word it differently, but it doesn't matter how it's written...no deficiency and a release is music to my ears!
Very nicely done Wendy. We normally have to coax B of A a bit before we can get a deficiency waive or reduced.
Effective 1/1, California now has Senate Bill 931 which allows for no deficiency judgment for first lien holders. I have noticed more B of A stuff coming with that text included. Nice for your sellers.
Gabe - How have have you gotten BOFA to remove deficiency's in the past, curious?
Melissa - We don't have such a law in FL, but maybe all the hullabaloo about faulty foreclosures is making a difference?
Hi Wendy, Another great job - love to hear there's going to be no deficiency judgment for a seller. Your sellers must be tickled.
Yabba Dabba Dooo Just what we want, no right to pursue a deficiency!! You go girl!
