Today I received a fabulous referral for THREE Sandestin FL condo listings from another Activerainer!
Eric Reid is the broker at Renaissance Realty Group in Lawrenceville, GA. Eric found me not only by my "Destin real estate" listing, but by belonging to some of the same groups on AR, particularly involving Short Sales. I have to admit, Eric was a real pleasure to speak with. He sent me a referral agreement and I whipped it back to him in about a minute. He then called looking for me and asked if I was a "crackberry". That's a new term I learned today. Eric says it has to do with using the Blackberry to constantly email. Except I did it on my tablet pc. I shared with Eric my story of opening my own brokerage, Rulnick Realty in Destin FL two years ago, and leading a small team of great agents. He had a similar tale to tell. I also found out Eric is looking for a condo himself in Destin Florida. I think I know someone who might be able to help him.

OK this is the "Eric" and I have to tell you Wendy does more then sell She ROCKS.
I am sure we have all turned over a referral or two and after hanging up the phone wish we could ahve taken it back because we just did not feel the MoJo.
Not so with Wendy -- If first impression have value then Wendy is worth -- $2,300,000 or whatever she can get the 3 units sold for and then some.
